The people at Arlington Memorials are willing to devote as much time as possible to make sure that people get exactly what they want for their loved ones. We went the first time to gather information and they could not have been more helpful without trying to sell us anything. My husband recently took his family back to design the memorial for his mother and they spent over 2 hours designing and redesigning until all family members were satisfied. There is no better customer service than Arlington Memorials and their staff when such an important purchase must be made.
